1. Return and Exchange Eligibility
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we do not accept returns or exchanges for floral arrangements once they have been delivered.
2. Issues with Your Order
If there is an issue with your order, such as damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of any damaged items. We will work to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or refund.
3. Refunds
Refunds for fresh flowers are only issued in cases where there is a significant issue with the quality of the flowers or the arrangement, and we have been notified within 24 hours of delivery.
4. Delivery Issues
If you experience a delivery issue, such as a missed delivery or incorrect address, please contact us immediately at 215 941 9351 or flowers4lovers.shop@gmail.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue. Refunds or replacements for delivery issues will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Cancellations

Same-Day Orders: Same-day orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed.

Future Date Orders: For orders scheduled for a future date, cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled delivery date to receive a full refund.
